Coconut and Peanut Butter Energy Balls

These homemade energy balls are the perfect accompaniment to a cuppa at night time without feeling any guilt.
This recipe will make 10 energy balls, and I've included the macros as well. 

What you will need:
40g Milled Chia Seeds
70g Dates
100g Crunchy Peanut Butter
50g Ground Almonds
40g Desiccated Coconut 

Pop all the ingredients into the blender.
Blend until the dates have broken up.
Pour dry ingredients into a bowl.
Add your peanut butter to the bowl and mix up with your hands. 
Form into a ball and store in the fridge or freeze them also.

Carbs: 6.8g
Protein: 4.9g
Sugars: 5.5g
