Homemade Coleslaw

It's almost the weekend πŸ˜€
Have you anything exciting planned? 
 
I made some coleslaw last week and you guys asked if I would blog about it, so here it is. 
I really can't take the credit for this as I got inspiration from Mom Fitness Diary, Facebook, Instagram, snapchat (momfitnessdiary)

But here it isπŸ˜€ 
You will need- 
-white cabbage, sliced and chopped 
- carrot, grated
- one sliced red onion 
- one grated red apple 
- Sea salt
- pepper 
- 3 tablespoons of light mayo
- 1 teaspoon of Dijon mustard. 


Mix it all together and serve with whatever you like. It should be good for about 3 days when kept in the fridge. 
Super quick, super healthy and super tasty. 
I toasted some sesame seeds just for en extra little tasteπŸ˜€
