What you need :
Sweet potato, garlic granules, chili powder, salt(sea salt is my preference) and coconut oil.- Preheat your oven to 180 - 200 degrees.
- slice your Sweet Potatos in slices, this is my personal favourite.
- Place your chips in an oven tray.
- Sprinkle some salt

- Sprinkle your garlic.
- Sprinkle your chili powder
- Melt your coconut oil in a jug or bowl
- Give your tray of chips a shake to spread the spices. And then pour your coconut oil over them. I give the tray another shake now.
- Pop into the oven for 25-35 minutes. Depending how crispy you want them.
Also the thinner the slice the more crispy they will be.
After about 15 minutes take them out and give them a shake again or turn them over.
